Who Can Apply for SAMEER Recruitment 2026?

Other conditions:

• Appointments are purely contractual and project-specific.
• Applications from Indian citizens only shall be considered.
• Selected candidates who are currently employed shall submit a relieving letter at the time of joining.

Desirable:

• Soldering (component/PCB level), operation of rework stations for SMD components, wiring and harnessing
• Precision fitting, hand-tools operation, shearing and bending
• CNC/conventional milling machine operation, precision machining
• PCB-level troubleshooting, test-bench operation, serial communication testing
• Working knowledge of MS Office, file handling, ERP and accounting software, typing speed of 35 wpm

Who Cannot Apply for SAMEER Recruitment 2026

• Candidates previously engaged with any SAMEER Centre as RS, PE or PA for an aggregate period of 5 years or more are not eligible for PE or PA posts.

Project Engineer – Electronics / EXTC / ECE (7 posts)

Qualification required: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls or B.Tech Electrical Engineering from IIT or M.Sc. in Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Instrumentation from a Government recognized Institution/University with minimum 55% marks. Experience required: NIL. Age limit: Maximum 28 years. Pay: Rs. 34,000 per month.

Project Scientific Assistant (A) – Electronics (6 posts)

Qualification required: Diploma in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electronics and Telecommunication or allied discipline from a Government recognized Institution/Board with minimum 55% marks. Experience required: NIL. Age limit: Maximum 25 years. Pay: Rs. 23,500 per month.

Project Scientific Assistant (A) – Mechanical (2 posts)

Qualification required: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Government recognized Institution/Board with minimum 55% marks. Experience required: NIL. Age limit: Maximum 25 years. Pay: Rs. 23,500 per month.

Project Technical Assistant (A) – Electronics Mechanic (5 posts)

Qualification required: ITI-(NTC) in Electronics Mechanic trade with valid NAC. Age limit: Maximum 25 years. Pay: Rs. 21,000 per month.

Project Technical Assistant (A) – Fitter (9 posts)

Qualification required: ITI-(NTC) in Fitter trade with valid NAC. Age limit: Maximum 25 years. Pay: Rs. 21,000 per month.

Project Technical Assistant (A) – Machinist (2 posts)

Qualification required: ITI-(NTC) in Machinist trade with valid NAC. Age limit: Maximum 25 years. Pay: Rs. 21,000 per month.

Project Executive – B.Sc/B.Com/B.A with MBA (1 post)

Qualification required: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com./B.Sc./B.A./BBA/BBS) with MBA/MMS (full-time). Age limit: Maximum 30 years. Pay: Rs. 32,000 per month.

Project Executive Assistant (A) – B.Sc/B.Com/B.A (2 posts)

Qualification required: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com./B.Sc./B.A.). Age limit: Maximum 25 years. Pay: Rs. 23,500 per month.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

• 2 Years or duration of project, whichever is earlier.
• Purely contractual and temporary, shall not confer any right to regularisation or absorption.
