Senior Associate (Technical) (15 posts)

Qualification required: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute; 2-9 years experience in DPR appraisal, design review, construction supervision, contract management, quality control of highway/bridge/tunnel projects. Experience required: 2-9 years experienced in handling technical matters related to DPR appraisal, design review, construction supervision, contract management, and quality control of highway/bridge/tunnel projects in Government Organizations/PSUs or reputed infrastructure firms; minimum 2 years (730 days) in the National Highways Sector. Age limit: Maximum 45 years. Pay: ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month.

Senior Associate (Human Resources) (4 posts)

Qualification required: MBA in HR or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute; 2-9 years experience in HR matters. Experience required: 2-9 years experienced in handling Human Resources matters related to recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, service matters, training and development, and HR policy implementation in Government Organizations/PSUs or reputed organizations; minimum 2 years (730 days) in the National Highways Sector. Age limit: Maximum 45 years. Pay: ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month.

Senior Associate (Legal) (3 posts)

Qualification required: LLB / LLM or Graduate / Postgraduate Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute; 2-9 years experience in legal matters. Experience required: 2-9 years experienced in handling legal matters related to legal advice, drafting and vetting of agreements/contracts, litigation, arbitration, regulatory compliance, and other legal matters in Government Organizations/PSUs or reputed organizations; minimum 2 years (730 days) in the National Highways Sector. Age limit: Maximum 45 years. Pay: ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month.

Senior Associate (Information Technology) (3 posts)

Qualification required: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / IT / Networks / Electronics & Communication or M.Tech. in Cyber Security / Network Management or MCA from a recognized University / Institute; 2-9 years experience in IT matters. Experience required: 2-9 years experienced in handling IT matters related to IT infrastructure, network management, software and application management, database administration, cybersecurity, and digital transformation in Government Organizations/PSUs or reputed organizations; minimum 2 years (730 days) in the National Highways Sector. Age limit: Maximum 45 years. Pay: ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Monthly consultancy fee fixed by slab of post-qualification experience (Annexure-I): factor 1.00 for National Highways Sector experience, 0.65 for other experience; inclusive of all taxes, no other allowance.

• Purely contractual engagement at Senior Associate level
• Legal status of independent consultant, not staff, official or employee of NHIDCL
• Fixed period of 2 years, may be extended by 1 year up to maximum 3 years (2+1)
• Continuation beyond first and subsequent years contingent on Consultants’ Review Committee (CRC) decision
• Induction Module of 3 days for each hired professional
• Annual enhancement of 5% in consultancy fee as per approved Scheme
